This year’s Innovation Days placed a strong emphasis not only on professional input but especially on personal exchange and team building.
The first day was dedicated to full-day workshops on role reflection and teamwork, led by an external trainer. In an intensive and open atmosphere, challenges were discussed and shared values were strengthened.
A joint dinner rounded off the day and offered a relaxed setting to continue the conversations.
The second day also had a lot to offer: After a technical update by Operations Director Thomas Meindorfer, a practical expert talk on working with the works council provided valuable food for thought and sparked lively discussions.
Afterwards, department heads presented news and developments from headquarters, before the focus shifted to the new Strategy 2030.
The Operation Coordinators-Innovation Days 2025 thus provided the ideal setting to discuss current topics in a professional yet open environment, to learn from each other, and to grow together as a team.
